HisoyaⓇ PC-50 (Food Grade) 4104 PC-50 PC-50, PC-70 and PC-90 are wax-like powder extracted through fractionation from soy lecithin. They are mainly used in health food and pharmaceutical industries. PC-70 is extracted by alcohol from soya lecithin, so it is used in the sensitive area of pharmaceutical preparations where requires to meet the highest quality standards.
